Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act (2009)
The RTE Act (2009) is one of the most important changes to Indian law in recent years, giving all children between the ages of 6 and 14 the right to free and compulsory education. The act is also available in Gujarati.
Shaishav’s Policies
This policy was written in collaboration with Terre des Hommes (Germany) to ensure the safety of all children we work with. All staff members and volunteers are required to read and sign the policy before commencing work.
